WHY WE WALK

What Are the Team Up Walks?

The Team Up Walks are all about supporting Veterans, first responders, caregivers, family members, allies, and brain injured Canadians by promoting both mental and physical health through daily movement. Completing a daily walk or movement of any kind not only gets your body moving but also enhances brain function, improves mood, and helps reduce stress—key benefits that can make a huge difference in your everyday life.

When we move together, we show that no Veteran, first responder, caregiver, family member, or brain injured Canadian is ever truly alone in their fight.

Joining is simple, and by participating, you're supporting Veterans, first responders, and the brain injured community. Your involvement in #TeamUpWalk isn't just about health; it's about lifting up the whole community.

From short walks to yoga, we’re in this together. Veterans have always had each other’s backs. With Team Up Walks, we’re continuing that tradition with all Canadians, one step at a time.
