Patient and Caregiver Services

Learn how CLF is providing hope to those that need it most.

CLF HelpLine

The CLF HelpLine acts as a patient navigation service with dedicated HelpLine Coordinators available to direct you to resources, healthcare professionals, and answer general questions about brain injury, persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS), and CTE.

If you or your loved one is struggling, please reach out to our HelpLine by clicking below.

Peer Support Connection Program

The Peer Support Connection Program offers one-on-one connections with trained volunteers for PPCS patients and caregivers, and to caregivers whose loved one may be navigating suspected CTE. To date, CLF has connected more than 225 patients and caregivers with volunteers, and we are working to expand this offering.

If you would like to connect with a volunteer, please book a call with us clicking below.

Peer Support Groups

If you or your loved one is struggling to find peers that can relate to the outcomes of brain injury, we encourage you to join our Post-Concussion Peer Support Facebook group, our PCS Resources Facebook group, our CTE Resources Facebook group, or join our weekly support group meetings to connect with members of our community.
