Fighting Concussions & CTE

and improving the lives of those impacted

The Concussion Legacy Foundation (CLF) is the leading global charity addressing brain injuries in military personnel, athletes and youth. In 2007, CLF was founded by Robert Cantu, MD, and Chris Nowinski, PhD to support athletes, Veterans, and all affected by concussions and CTE, to promote smarter sports and safer athletes through education and innovation, and End CTE through prevention and research.

CLF Canada was the first global chapter established by CLF, founded in 2012 by Executive Director Tim Fleiszer. Today, CLF has a charitable presence in four countries with the addition of CLF UK in 2021 and CLF Australia in 2022.

CLF Canada is a proud supporter of and collaborator with the Brain Health Imaging Centre at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).
